Does adultery and "cheating" pale in comparison to MORBID obesity?

The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) has just completed a detailed review of more than 7,000 clinical studies covering links between diet and cancer. Its conclusion is rocking the health world with startling bluntness: Processed meats are too dangerous for human consumption. Consumers should stop buying and eating all processed meat products for the rest of their lives. The two previous McDonald's CEOs died from heart attacks. CEO's have yet to make nearly as many headlines from cheating on their spouses as say.... Congressmen, or Actors, or sports figures... maybe it's that CEOs are better at coving their affair trail? One thing is for sure, it's time we looked at how to get fat without trying.

Extramarital affairs are against a “TRADITIONAL” marriage vows, but today's society does not hesitate when deciding to have an affair, or even multiple affairs, using escort services, or prostitutes, or online sex services like Ashley Madison or Adult Friend Finder. Yes, married dating and adultery is typically a sin which should be avoided but there are people who feel satisfied only by having an affair even if it means going against their marriage's trust. It gives them spice, excitement, and boosts their self-esteem. However, not having the “trust” component in your marriage, it is quite hard to stay together. The ending point of such relationships are not always divorce. Divorce is not only a problem for couples but it is a huge question for their kids as well.  I don't believe most affairs end in divorce. In fact many affairs end up making a relationship stronger and pulling the couple closer together. When an affair is discovered, by the media or spouse, it tends to force the couple to address the issues that led to the affair to begin with, unless those issues relate to homosexual and/or heteroflexible and you want to keep your affairs private. Homosexuality has become much more widely accepted, and gay pride has eliminated the shame. Companies including International Business Machines (IBM), Volvo and JP Morgan (JPM) have featured gay couples or parents, mostly in print or online ads. And Subaru has been marketing to the gay population as a whole for years. Fortune 500 companies are eyeing its business potential — and seeing dollar signs.

There is definitely a difference in being big and beautiful and being morbidly obese. There are plenty of people wanting to date a big and beautiful woman. A bigger issue that is plaguing the globe is obesity and the physical (health) and psychological (emotional), problems related to it. This may also disrupt the life of any couple similarly like adultery or even lead to one of the partners having an affair. It often results in health complications and can many times take much longer to resolve than problems caused by adultery. When comparing these two issues, adultery may cause some depression or broken trust in relationships but adultery is forgivable, obesity is such a dangerous disease which often kills an individual slowly or leads to other problems that will kill you and forgiveness will not make someone lose weight! The fast food industry certainly is not helping the obesity crisis get under control. Companies like McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, and Taco Bell are making billions of dollars off of overweight people, why would they stop selling fast food when it has even been shown to be addictive.

 

The extreme consequences of adultery may be a temporarily broken relationship or divorce but the consequences of morbid obesity are really tragic and horrible including DEATH. It does not mean that you should simply have an affair and think that your spouse should allow you such betrayal rather the main motive should be to think positively for the future and plan a better future for the family. Let us look at the example of US President Bill Clinton and his affair with Monica Lewinsky. Their affair was very publicized and was is probably the most well known cheating relationship published across world, until the Tiger Woods affairs gave new meaning to the 19th hole.

Of course, there were several complications which came in the relationship of Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton after the Monica Lewinsky affair but it all settled down in the end and they are still happily married. Here, we are trying to put more light on the issue that adultery is forgivable, and even Dr. Drew states that cheating and affairs can help a marriage or relationship. On the other hand, obesity can cost the life of an individual, or worse yet, killing children. Here the understandable thing is that we can come out from the depression of adultery but obesity can be seemingly impossible to overcome.

Let's take an example from the story of Hollywood actor Brad Pitt, as he was caught in the rumors that he had an affair with popular actress Angelina Jolie during his relationship with Jennifer Aniston. There are ways to cope with adultery. It may take a serious shape if left unnoticed or ignored. Apart from health effects, there are too many social effects of obesity on people. There are several social effects of obesity as it may result in emotional suffering and social insecurity as well. Also if you think depression is a serious main effect from adultery, how do you think morbidly obese people feel? They feel depressed and suffer from extremely low self-esteem.   

Instead of Ashley Madison's slogan might be legitimate, but their services are the biggest fraud, even Match.com has pending litigation for doing what Ashley Madison is doing, but literally on a much smaller scale. If Ashley Madison were forced to ban their fake decoy accounts, and credit theft, they would likely not survive 3 months in business, but apparently all of the news organizations are afraid to publicize the claims about the magnitude of fraud that is being committed, I suppose because they don't want to lose $12 million dollar lawsuits like Lance Armstrong did to shut people up from speaking the truth.

"Life is short, have an affair!", maybe it should be, "Life is short, don't get fat, then have an affair!" Married dating and escort services usually have several factors that lead people to them. Physical appearance plays a huge role in society, and despite it shouldn't be, it is very important and morbidly obese people often become the butt of fat jokes. The over weight kids are often ridiculed in the school and it happens not only in major cities like Los Angeles, Dallas, New York, and Toronto, but also in suburbs and even other continents. However the fast food industry in North America is the dominate force and cause of obesity despite their denial. Overweight people have to face different kinds of psychological effects just due to obesity. Apart from such emotional and psychological effects, there are too many health effects of obesity which most people are not aware of, or are aware of but choose to ignore.
